Appointment :Part A hereby appoints Part B as its distribution Agent to 20 units for the commodity Sperm analysis system for one year.
This is to certify that we appoint __________________________________as our distribution agent in Egypt to market our products under ZHONGKE brand exported by XuZhou Zhongke Electronic Instrument Co.,Ltd. In China.
The certificate will terminate if your company(part B)fail to meet the target.
The certificate effected on May 13, 2008,is valid for one year until May 13, 2009.
